未来中国幼儿园教育发展方向评析--兼读《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》

         

摘要

未来中国幼儿园教育将朝着更尊重幼儿身心发展特点和体现幼儿教育特色的方向发展,科学性是其集中体现。具体体现在以下六个方面:其一,教育目标是培养体智德美全面发展的具有良好个性的幼儿,表现为明理、有情、习惯好;其二,教育内容与生活结合,突出幼儿期的关键经验,特别是直接经验,为其进入小学以后的学习提供丰富的表象基础;其三,教育途径(幼儿的学习途径)的重要程度依次为一日生活、区域活动和集中教育活动;其四,教育方式(幼儿的学习方式)主要有观察比较、操作体验和同伴合作三种;其五,课程朝着更加整合化的方向发展,社会性应该作为整合的核心,以“人”的发展为主线;其六,更加重视家园合作,注重家园沟通的有效性问题,切实发挥家庭在幼儿发展中的重要作用。%Chinese Kindergarten Education in the future will be more respectful towards children ’s physical and mental development characteristics and reflect the characteristics of early childhood education direction and scientificity is the concentrated expression .Main body is the following six aespects :firstly ,the phys-ical ,mental ,virtue and beautiful mind development is the education goal for the all-round development of young children with a good personality ,concrete manifestation for understanding ,affectionate and good habits ;secondly ,the education content combining with life and highlighting the key to early childhood ex-perience ,especially direct experience ,provides a rich representation for the elementary school learning ;thirdly ,education way (young children’s learning way) is life in a day ,regional activities and focused edu-cation activities in order of importance ,the value of good habits ;fourthly ,education way (young children’ s learning style)are three main forms ,namely ,the observation comparison ,operation experience and peer cooperation ;Fifthly ,curriculum development towards integration and sociality should be at the core of in-tegration with the development of the human ;sixthly ,pay more attention to home and nursery coopera-tion ,pay attention to the effectiveness of the communication between home and kindergarten ,and give play an important role of family in early childhood development .
