“双闭环控制”质量保障体系下顶岗实习实现形式探索

摘要

在论述基于“双闭环控制”原理的职业学校校内教学质量保障体系与顶岗实习关系的基础上，介绍了职业院校学生顶岗实习的实现形式之一——“认识实习模式”及其实施过程与效果。该实习模式加速了职业教育学生身份转变过程，提高了毕业生与企业用工需求的契合度。%On the basis of discussing the relationship between teaching quality guarantee system inside vocational colleges and the intern of work placements based on ＂two closed loop control＂ principle, this paper introduces one of the realizing forms of students＇ work placements intern m vocational colleges, which is ＂understanding intern mode＂ and implementing process and effect. This intern mode accelerates changing process for students＇ status of vocational education, and increases the fitness of graduates and enterprise employers.
