关于新时期辅导员开展学生工作方法的探索

摘要

Counselors in colleges are the backbones of ideological and political education for college students,as well as the life coaches of college students and close friends of their healthy growth.Recently,ideological work of students in colleges is valued more and more in educational department.This paper puts forward several views on how to develop students work,including the increase of themselves quality,the establishment of good teachers-students relationship,the construction of students' cadre group,the creation of active learning atmosphere,and the care of students' living condition.%高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友。近年来,高校学生的思想工作越来越受到教育部门的重视。就新形势下高校辅导员如何开展学生工作提出几点看法：提高自身素养,建立良好的师生关系;建设好学生干部队伍;营造积极的学习氛围;关心学生生活情况。
