以公共基础课培养高职学生职业核心能力--“三堂联动”人才培养模式的探索

         

摘要

In the construction of professional core competence training system, higher vocational colleges optimize and utilize the existing resources, vigorously promote the integration and construction of curriculum, and have a positive role in improving the teaching efficiency and popularizing the quality education. Starting from the requirements of professional quality, the college builds the personnel training mode with the public basic education as the core, embeds the core ability into the public course, the professional course and practice course, integrate the vocational core competence into school education in the form of escalation effectively, and offers the safeguard function for students' lifelong vocational education.%高职院校在进行职业核心能力培养体系的建设中,优化和利用现有资源,大力推动课程的整合与建设,对教学效益提升和素质教育普及有着积极的作用。大连职业技术学院从职业素养的需求入手,构建以公共基础教育为核心的“三堂联动”人才培养模式,将核心能力“融入公共课、渗入专业课、嵌入实践课”,以逐级递进的方式将职业核心能力有效地融入学校教育,为学生的职业教育终身化提供了保障功能。
