高职教学技能考核改革的思考与实践

         

摘要

教学考核是检验教学效果的有效手段,通过对食品类专业技能考核课程的改革,采取期中考核、日常考核、任务单成绩、期末理论考核、技能考核方式,最终确定学生成绩。进而达到考核服务教学,教学相长目的。%Teaching assessment is an effective method to detect the effect of teaching. In this paper ,the author introduced the teaching assessment reform of the curriculum of food processing technology professionals, which is taking the mid-term examination, routine examination, result of task list , results of theoretical examination, skills assessment to ultimately determine the students ’ scores of a course. This method can achieve the goal of assessment serves for teaching and teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
