以教师幸福之义为教师职业道德正名--论教师幸福与教师职业道德

     

摘要

Teachers ’ happiness affects everyone happiness and education development .Misunderstandings about teacher happi-ness influence teacher to get happiness and they make the teacher career ethics be in the unjust status .Teachers ’ happiness should be not only the unification of materialistic happiness 、social happiness and spiritual but also the unity of virtue happiness and non Virtue happiness .As a rule of conduct , teacher career ethics is only a tool .And it is a necessary and non sufficient condition to ob-tain the teachers’happiness.As virtues, teacher career ethics belongs to virtue happiness .It is one of the important contents of teachers ’ happiness .So teacher career ethics is not the obstacles to get teachers ’ happiness and a synonym for teachers ’ happiness , but a facilitator .However , why the two is often conflicts in reality?The Main reasons are the wrong idea about teachers'happiness , imperfect social systems , and so on.%教师幸福关涉“人”的幸福和教育发展。但对教师幸福的误解,既影响教师幸福的获取又使教师职业道德处于不义之地。教师幸福应是物质幸福、社会幸福和精神幸福的有机统一,是教师德性幸福与非德性幸福的统一。规则意义上的教师职业道德是实现教师幸福的社会条件和工具;美德意义上的教师职业道德既是获得教师幸福的一个必要而非充分条件,又是教师幸福的重要内容之一。故教师职业道德既不是教师幸福的绊脚石也不是教师幸福的代名词,而是教师幸福的促成者。现实中二者往往相悖,关键原因是不正确的教师幸福观、不完善的社会制度和师德对教师幸福构成的非唯一性,等等。这正好为实现二者一致指明了路径。
