Objective To explore the application effect of constructivist learning in the cultivation of humanistic quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods The paper selected 130 nursing students to conduct constructivist teaching practice, of which 66 were in the experimental group and 64 were in the controlled group. There were no significant differences in age, gender, and academic performance between the two groups (P>0.05) . Results The scores of humanistic care ability of the two groups were significantly improved after the teaching, but the scores of the nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) . Conclusion Using constructivist teaching methods can significantly improve the humanistic quality of nursing students.%目的 探讨建构主义学习在高职院校护理专业学生人文素质培养中的应用效果.方法 选取护理专业的学生共130名进行建构主义教学实践, 其中66名为实验组, 64名为对照组.2组学生在年龄、性别、学习成绩等方面差异均无统计学意义 (P>0.05) .结果 2组学生在教学后人文关怀能力得分都明显提高, 但实验组护生的得分显著高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01) .结论 建构主义教学方法能明显促进护生人文素养的提高.
