利用超声波辅助提取法提取蒲公英中的生物碱.在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对超声波辅助提取蒲公英中生物碱工艺进行优化,得到最佳的提取工艺为物料粒度0.150mm(100目),乙醇体积分数80％,料液比1∶12,提取时间5min.在此条件下,蒲公英生物碱的得率达0.234％.%The extraction technology of dandelion alkaloids by ultrasonic assisted was studied. Based on single factor test, orthogonal design was used to optimize ultrasound assisted technology for extracting alkaloid from dandelion. The best extraction conditions were determined as below: mesh number of material 100 mesh, concentration of alcohol 80%, ultrasound extraction time 5 min, ratio of material-liquid 1:12. Under these conditions, the yield rate of alkaloid could be 0.234% .
