批判、实践与意识形态：论雷蒙德·威廉斯的教育传播思想

The education communication ideas of Raymond Williams,Britain’s adult educator,derive from two theoretical foundations:the social construction of communication activity and Marxist human-oriented education ideas focusing attention on democratic politics.His ideas advocate “people-oriented”concept in real life and learners-centered teaching concept in the space with critical teaching,practical critique and political principle coexisting, emphasize the ideological attribute of education communication, insist on a critical interpretation of education communication media, transcend subj ect limit, reveal education essence, and conclude that the educational purpose is to construct a harmonious social environment and transcend the old teaching paradigm to strive for innovation.%英国成人教育家雷蒙德·威廉斯的教育传播思想源于两大理论，一是传播活动的社会建构性，二是关注民主政治的马克思主义人本教育思想。雷蒙德·威廉斯的教育传播思想在批判性教学、实践批评和政治原则共存的空间中，倡导“以学习者为中心”的教学理念，强调教育传播的意识形态属性，力主批判性地解读教育传播媒介。雷蒙德·威廉斯的教育传播思想超越了学科界限，主张在现实中要以“人”为本，揭示教育的实质，进而指出教育的目的在于构建一个和谐的社会环境，最终超越旧的教学范式，实现创新。
