协同创新视域下的地方高校技术创新能力--以浙江省高校为例

摘要

Improving the technology innovation ability of local universities becomes extremely essential for building an innovative country and developing a national innovation system in China.Based on the definition of technology innovation ability of local universities,the paper describes the problems for improving technology in-novation ability of local universities,namely less collaborative technology innovation among local universities, strongly different industry-university-institute collaborative degree,and less satisfying internal and external en-vironment for technology innovation.Efforts should be made to enhance the idea of industry-university-institute collaborative innovation,set up the platform of industry-university-institute collaborative innovation,promote the scientific and technological achievement transformation of local universities and cultivating talents for technology innovation to propel sustainable development of technology innovation ability of local universities.%提升地方高校技术创新能力是我国建设创新型国家、完善国家创新体系的应有之义。基于地方高校技术创新能力的意蕴解析，协同创新视域下发展地方高校技术创新能力存在校际技术创新协同性不强、产学研协同度差异性突出、技术创新内外环境待优化等问题，应践行提升产学研协同创新理念、构建产学研协同创新平台、促进地方高校科技成果转化、培养地方高校技术创新人才等路径，以促进地方高校技术创新能力的可持续发展。
