教师专业化背景下生物教师教育职前职后一体化内涵研究

摘要

教师专业化是时代要求，教育职前职后一体化培养模式是培育专业化生物教师的必然趋势，其核心是一体化课程体系的构建。遵循目标明确、整体连贯、平衡发展的原则，本研究构建了生物教师教育职前职后一体化课程设置，并探讨其实践模式，以期为当前生物教师教育的改革与发展提供一些有益的启示。%Teacher professionalization is the requirement of the times , and the integration of teacher education training mode is an inevitable trend to cultivate professional biological teachers ,whose soul is the construction of integrated curricu-lum system.Following the principle of clear and coherent goal ,and balanced development ,we construct the integrated curric-ulum and its practice mode of biological teacher education ,which can provide some beneficial enlightenment for the reform and development of biological teacher education .
