经济发达地区民工子女融合教育研究--以嘉兴地区为例

     

摘要

近年城镇化进程中,民工子女融合教育问题日益成为社会普遍关注的问题。虽然政府通过户籍制度改革及加大经费投入等保障性措施,使民工子女受教育问题有了一定改善,但要真正实现民工子女与城市教育的融合仍较困难。民工子女的教育融合是指通过各种教育途径,营造公平和谐、共生共融的教育环境,促使民工子女与迁入地学校相适应、相融合的教育。文章将围绕“身份融合”,“心理融合”及“文化融合”三方面来探讨农民工随迁子女的教育融合问题。%In recent years,the fusion education problem of rural migrant workers'children has become a widespread con-cern in the process of urbanization. Although the government conducted some protection measures,such as the reform of household registration system and improving certain funds investment,the education problems of migrant workers'children have been improved to a certain extent. However,there still exist some greater difficulties to really achieve the integration of migrant workers'children and city education. Educational integration of migrant children is through a variety of educational pathways,and create a fair and harmonious,symbiotic harmony educational environment in which children of migrant work-ers move into the school to adapt the integration of education. This paper explores the education fusion problems of migrant workers'children revolving around‘identity fusion’,‘psychological convergence’and‘cultural integration’.
