DISTRIBUTED TRANSACTION MODELS EMBODIMENT DEVICE AND METHOD IN DIGITAL CONVERGENCE ENVIRONMENT

A device and a method for implementing a distributed transaction model in a digital convergence environment are provided to enable users to make profit by actively operating digital items with the transaction model capable of producing and redistributing contents in the digital convergence environment. A multimedia service management center(100) comprises a content management server(110) managing digital contents registered by users and a license managing server(120) managing a license corresponding to each content. The first terminal(200) included in a domain-A provides a streaming service to other terminals through license management of the multimedia service management center by producing/registering the contents to the content managing server if user inputs information like a price and redistribution information related to the transaction by using a multimedia packaging tool. The first content list managing server(300) manages a content list of the terminals included in the domain-A.
