基于名师课例视频研究的师范生教学能力培养

         

摘要

Distinguished teachers’video lessons present real and perfect teaching examples. Studying these video lessons is helpful for normal students to develop positive attitude in role transformation and to learn excellent examples on effective teaching,and these lessons provide the contents for reflection in learning teaching. In order to apply teaching theories,de-veloping teaching wisdom and improving teaching ability,three-stage learning model should be followed:teaching theories learning stage,instruction design comparison stage and micro-teaching comparison stage.%名师课例视频再现了完美、真实、内涵丰富的中小学课堂,为师范生角色转换中积极情绪培养起到促进作用,提供了学习有效教学的理想样本,构成师范生学习教学的反思源泉。通过基于名师示范课和常态课视频的学科教学法理论学习、流程设计的对比反思、要素模仿的试讲回观,师范生能够实践教学理论,发展教学智慧,提升教学能力。
