PURPOSE: A business model for an educational institute franchise using an interactive Internet video education system is provided to form an education system environment useful for foreign language teaching and special technology education, to offer a high quality lecture by building a global teacher network, and to improve the efficiency of franchise institute management by removing double investment elements. CONSTITUTION: A main franchise institute(120), a global teacher network(140), membership institutes(130) and students(150) are connected to the Internet(110). The main institute manages an interactive video education system(124) and an institute management system(126). The membership institutes remotely monitor the study state of the students through the personal computers connected to the Internet and perform general work for customer management. The teachers and the students attend a class in real time by using the computer terminal including a web camera, a speaker and a microphone or a video communication terminal.
