知识经济视阈下大学生就业能力要求及提升策略研究

摘要

Knowledge economy is based on new knowledge,new technology,and new methods for the core support of the economic form.Knowledge economy era of globalization has brought production methods and changes in market demand,employability of college students also raised new demands.College Students′em-ployment ability in the development of entrepreneurship is not a single subject,one-dimensional finish,the government,the market,the employer,college and university students formed the subject of these five jobs and promoting employment strategic alliances, multi-faceted, multi-dimensional capabilities to jointly promote the employment of university students′research and development.%知识经济是以新知识、新技术、新方法等为核心支撑的经济形式。全球化的知识经济时代带来了生产方式和市场需求的变化，对大学生就业能力也提出了新的要求。大学生就业能力的开发不是单个主体、单向度完成的，需要“政府、市场、用人单位、高校和大学生这五个就业主体形成促就业战略联盟，多方面、多维度的共同推进大学生就业能力的开发研究。
