中西社会规范体系比较

摘要

社会规范的形成以社会文化为基础，论文从民俗、道德规范和法律规范三个层面对中西社会规范体系进行对比，指出中西方的更多交流和融合使得社会规范的差异呈减少的趋势。%　　The formation of social norms take the social culture as the basis, papers from the folk custom, moral norm and legal norm to compare Chinese and western social norms, points out more exchanges and integration of Chinese and western makes the difference of social norm on a declining trend.
