高职院校从企业外聘教师存在的问题及策略

高职院校外聘教师的渠道有很多种，本文分析了从企业外聘教师过程中存在的问题并从政府宏观调控、学校管理等方面提出解决这些问题的对策与思考。%There are many kinds of part-time teachers' channels in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the process of part-time teachers' from the enterprise and the problems of macroeconomic regulation and control of the government, the school management and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems and thinking.
