Problems of Small, High-Technology Firms

摘要

The report summarizes the findings of a 1977 National Science Foundation mail survey of small, high-technology companies active in research and development and of a series of in-depth interviews held in 1979. Firms were questioned about eleven problem areas dealing with finance, personnel, government regulations and other concerns such as high-risk research and development and transition from research and development to marketing.
