酒店业人才流失问题的研究

         

摘要

Since the reform and opening up, deepening of China's market economy gradually strengthens, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, as small and medium-sized enterprises, remain invincible in the complex market competition, not only should firmly control the market share, but also has a group of professional talents. The competition between enterprises, developing into a contest of talents. Keep on the compound talents to the development of enterprises is an important subject of enterprise human resources become important role of. This paper mainly for more serious hotel industry, to do in-depth study and research, to find the reasons of the loss of hotel personnel, and put forward some feasible measures according to the reasons, I hope this paper can help the sustainable development of the hotel industry.%改革开放以来,我国市场经济深化程度逐步加强,市场竞争日趋激烈,作为中小企业,要在纷杂的市场竞赛中脱颖而出,立于不败之地,不光要牢牢把控住市场份额,还要拥有一批专业的人才。企业之间的竞争,发展成一场对人才的竞赛。留住对企业发展有较大促进作用的技术复合人才成为现在企业人力资源的一个重要课题。本文主要针对人才流失较为严重的酒店行业,做深入的探讨和研究,找到酒店业人才流失严重的原因,并且根据原因提出几个切实可行的措施,希望本文能对酒店业的可持续发展有所帮助。
