PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resources development support system providing a training development division with usable information for optimizing training contents and providing trainees and supervisors or the like with objective evaluation information of the skill.;SOLUTION: This human resources development support system includes: a training information management section 110 which retains management information of the training in training information 111; a company staff information management section 120 which retains management information of company staffs in company staff information 121 and skill information which each company staff evaluates in company staff skill information 122; a record management section 130 which retains information of evaluations of results created by the trainees 220 in record information 132; and an analysis section 140 which calculates a record gap 141 between a target skill level and a skill level of the record of each trainee 220 based on the training information 111 and the record information 132 and calculates an evaluation gap 142 between the skill level of the record of the trainee 220 and the skill level which the trainee 220 evaluates based on the record information 132 and the company staff skill information 122.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
