This paper introduces the concept of connectionism, connectionism learning and four kinds of learning methods, thus in the higher vocational English education is discussed, and the four under the guidance of learning methods, teachers should take on the role of the conversion, more adaptable to the development of higher vocational English education, and cultivate excellent talents in higher vocational English.%本文介绍了联结主义、联结主义学习观以及四种学习方法，从而探讨了在高职英语教育中，在四种学习方法指导下，教师应该进行的角色上的转换，从而更加适应高职英语教育的发展，培养出优秀的高职英语人才。
