病态大学组织的成员病理分析

摘要

大学组织疾病一般都与大学组织成员有关，大学组织成员包括内部成员和外部成员。大学组织成员病理是指大学组织成员之间、成员与大学组织之间的关系异常，因而导致大学组织形象受损和功能障碍的过程及其原理。每个大学组织在自我发展过程中，都必须正视自身存在的问题，重视组织成员病理分析，这样才能不断增强组织自身的免疫力，提高组织治理能力。%The disease of university organization is generally due to its members,including internal members and external members.The pathology of university organization refers to abnormal relationship between the members, members and the organization,which leads to the damage of organization image and organizational dysfunction. Every university organization must face their own problems and attache great importance to the pathological analy-sis of its members,so as to enhance the immunity and constantly improve the organization management.
