中国古代的家礼撰作及其当代价值∗

摘要

重新解读家礼撰作的历史脉络，有助于从理论上为传统家礼、家教正名，正确认识其现实意义。上古和中古时期的家礼撰作是贵族社会的产物，是“礼不下庶人”的结果，对于门阀制度和士族文化起到维护作用。宋代之所以出现家礼撰作的高潮，不能仅仅用唐宋社会变革、文化的阶层异动来加以解释，而与宋代士人的文化抱负有关，是他们救治世风、淑世惩弊的结果。传统家礼、家训中蕴含有诸多超越时空的优秀价值理念，与现代化事业并不矛盾。应当继承历代士人“教训正俗”的传统做法，传承和重建富于中国传统优秀价值观的家礼、家训和家教，为构建文明和谐的现代社会增添助力。%Re-unscrambling the formulating history of traditional family rituals and family educations will be helpful to rehabilitate their cultural function,and also helpful to excavate their contemporary significance.In clas-sical and medieval period,family rituals were formulated by noble society,and took an important part in maintai-ning their position.The reason of upsurge of family ritual writing in Song dynasty,can not only be explained by the change between Tany and Song dynasty,but also attribute to the literati’s cultural ideality that save world, educate people and moralize social customs.Traditional family rituals contain so much good core values,which transcend space and time,and don’t conflict with modernity.Nowadays,we should inherit some traditional family rituals,including both those good values and the educating function within them;make use of them as a helpful el-ement to construct harmonious modern society.
