论儒家传统德性观的伦理领导力在企业中的实现

摘要

伴随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展，传统儒学当中的伦理道德观念正在受到人们的重视。而频繁出现的企业产品质量安全问题和企业内部管理失当所造成的社会问题，也要求人们用不同于西方企业管理理念的方式，重新看待企业和各种组织的领导过程。本文将立足于对儒家传统德性观的分析和把握，结合儒家思想在我国长期存在所形成的社会基础，从方式方法、适用范围等角度，分析中国本土伦理领导力在企业中的实现方式。%With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the traditional Confucian ethics moral concept is paid attention to by people. For social problems caused by product quality safety and the improper internal management of enterprises, it is required that methods different from management concept of western enterprises should be adopted and the leading process of enterprises should be regarded in different view. Based on the understanding and analysis of the traditional Confucian ethics and combining the social base formed by confucian thought, this paer analyzes the realization approach of Chinese local ethical leadership from pespectives of styles, methods, application scope, etc.
