美国幼儿教师入职专业标准述评

摘要

Improving teachers’professional standards is an important measure to promote the professional devel-opment of teachers. Through the introduction and analysis of two institutions in US, this paper tries to explore the features of recruited professional standards of US kindergartens, so as to provide reference and enlightenment to the completion of that for Chinese kindergartens.%完善教师专业标准是促进教师专业发展的重要举措。对美国两个机构就幼儿教师入职前后专业标准的介绍与分析来探讨美国幼儿教师入职专业标准的特点，可以为我国幼儿教师专业入职标准的完善提供借鉴和启示。
