远程开放教育情境中的成人学习人际生态探讨——基于人类发展生态学的分析

摘要

成人学习动力不足是远程开放教育中比较突出的一个问题,这一问题严重制约远程开放教育的健康发展。从人类发展生态学人际关系视角出发,考察成人学习活动中的人际关系结构特征及人际关系生态现状,有助于增进对成人学习动力问题的认识。%It is a serious problem that the adult students are lack of the learning motivation in the Open and Distance Education.This problem has seriously restricted it＇s healthy development.So the interpersonal relation in the adult learning activity has been surveyed from the perspective of the related ideas in the Ecology of Human Development.The features of structure and ecological status among them have been analyzed.It helps promote understanding on the adult learning motivation problem.
