论学前英语教师职业能力及培养途径

     

摘要

The theory of"the critical period of Language"enables English learning craze to be"younger age",which presents an irreversible trend for pre-school English education.Pre -school English teacher refers to those who engage with relative English activities,they can organize not only the English education activities independently but also the education activities in 5 fields.The professional competence of Pre-school English teachers is comprised of 3 aspects of solid English language skills, good early childhood education teaching ability and good English teaching ability,they are indispensable to the whole process. Nowadays,in the current status of the swift development of pre-school English education and severe shortage of pre-school English teachers,the positive pre-career cultivation on matched majors and reinforcement of post-career cultivation on pre-school English teachers are the ways to train pre-school English teachers.%“语言关键期”理论的提出,使英语学习的热潮“低龄化”,导致学前英语教育开展呈一种不可逆转的趋势。学前英语教师是指在幼儿园从事与英语相关教育活动的教师,不仅能独立组织英语教育活动,还能组织学前五大领域教育活动。学前英语教师的职业能力是由扎实英语语言能力、良好的幼儿教育能力和英语教学能力三方面组成,缺一不可。当前,我国学前英语教育的迅速发展,学前英语师资严重匮乏,积极开办对口专业的职前培养和加大学前英语教师的职后培养是培养学前英语教师的主要途径。
