大学本质视角的制度内涵及逻辑

摘要

Essence and characteristic are the foundation to structure the university institution.Based on different methodologies and proceeding from different perspectives,different views of the university essence may be acquired.For realizing identity of issue level to talk about,the university essence views need to be integrated to form the institution logic of synthetic view.Uni-versity institution reformation thus involves macroscopic and microscopic levels.The all -round transformation is needed to structure effectively the modern university institution.%大学的本质和特性是构建大学制度的基础。基于不同的方法论，从不同的角度出发，会得出不同的大学本质观，而不同的本质观又会形成不同的大学制度逻辑。本文对有关大学本质的观点进行了学科划分与分析。并提出大学制度改革涉及宏观与微观两个层面，需要全方位变革，才能有效构建我国现代大学制度。
