旅游管理专业学生酒店顶岗实习满意度的影响因素分析

         

摘要

In order to understand the influential factors of hotel internship satisfaction of students majoring in tourism management, this paper has conducted questionnaires on internship satisfaction and analyzes through SPSS19.0 software calculations, such as Independent Sample T test and One-way ANOVA with the variances of gender, educational background, internship department, internship preparation, student's origin, internship time, internship salary, selection method and part-time experience. The results show that: (1) Gender and internship preparation have no significant impact on internship satisfaction; (2) Academic background and internship salary have a very significant impact on internship satisfaction; (3) The factors such as internship departments, students' origin, internship time, selection methods and part-time experience have a significant impact on internship satisfaction. Based on the results, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for a better performance of the future professional students' internship.%为了解旅游管理专业学生酒店顶岗实习满意度的影响因素,通过问卷调查,采用SPSS19.0软件,使用独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析的方法分析性别、学历、实习部门、实习准备、生源地、实习时间、实习工资、选择方式和兼职经历等因素对实习满意度的影响,结果表明:(1)性别和实习期准备状况不同对实习满意度没有显著影响;(2)学历和实习工资对实习满意度有非常显著影响;(3)实习部门、生源地、实习时间、选择方式和兼职经历对实习满意度有显著影响,针对分析结果,提出促进专业学生顶岗实习的相关建议.
