应用型本科院校通识课体验式教学设计--以《旅游文化》为例

         

摘要

How to promote the upgrading and transformation, improve quality and efficiency of tourism industry, as well as cultivate the new atmosphere of civilized tourism is an important issue for applied undergraduate colleges and universities in order to better accommodate the social and economic "New Normal", and the new trend of tourism industry development. It's a starting point to develop tourism culture as a general course. The traditional teaching approach doesn't work very well due to the complexity and particularity of the course. The author reformed traditional method into experiential approach, including teaching mode, implementation strategies and operation design after practical comparison and experience summary, with the purpose to provide a reference for the theories and methods for application-oriented high-quality personnel training.%为更好地适应社会经济新常态、旅游业发展新形势,如何从培养合格人才的层面推进旅游业转型升级、提质增效,弘扬文明旅游的新风是应用型本科院校必须思考的议题。在全校范围内开设通识课性质的《旅游文化》是起点,但由于课程本身有其复杂性和特殊性,传统教学模式下的教学效果差强人意,通过实践对比和经验总结,作者对本课程进行体验式教学改革,其中包括教学模式、实施策略和具体操作的设计,以期为培养应用型高素质人才的本科院校提供一定的理论与方法借鉴。
