学习者个体差异对动机削弱归因的影响

         

摘要

本文调查不同性别、学科、英语水平的学习者动机削弱归因的差异,探讨学习者个体差异与动机削弱归因的关系。研究表明:1.男女生在教师能力和英语学习态度因素上存在显著性差异,女生明显比男生更多的把动机削弱归因于教师能力,而男生则比女生更显著的将动机削弱归因于英语学习态度;2.理工类和文史类学习者在教师性格和责任心、教师能力与教学风格和方法三个因素上存在显著性差异;3.随着英语水平的提高,学习者在教学风格和方法、英语学习态度、教材、班级环境、自信心和英语学习经历因素上存在显著性差异。%Demotivation attribution among learners of different gender, discipline and English proficiency is in-vestigated to explore relationship among individual differences and demotivation attribution. Research result shows that: 1. Significant differences exist between male and female students on teacher proficiency and English learning attitude; 2.Significant differences exist between different disciplines on three factors: teacher characteristic and com-mitment, teacher competence and teaching style and method; 3. With the enhancement of English proficiency, sig-nificant differences exist among learners on teaching style and method, English learning attitude, coursebook, class-room environment, confidence and precedent experience of EFL learning.
