创业导向、商业模式创新与企业绩效的关系研究

摘要

This paper on the basis of previous studies, around the research topic to construct the model of the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation - business model innovation - enterprise performance, proposed the corresponding research hypotheses. Through the empirical testing of the questionnaire data, we draw a conclusion that the main research: a sector oriented, generally on corporate performance have significant positive effect, the innova-tions in the entrepreneurial orientation, advance the relationship between action and firm performance and business model innovation to a significant intermediary role; and in the risk bear and firm performance relationship, business model innovation did not play a significant intermediary role.%本文在前人研究的基础上，围绕研究主题构建了“创业导向-商业模式创新-企业绩效”关系模型，提出了相应的研究假设，通过对问卷调查数据进行实证检验，得出了本文的主要研究结论：创业导向总体上对企业绩效有显著的正向影响，在创业导向的创新性、超前行动性与企业绩效的关系中，商业模式创新起到显著的中介作用；而在风险承担性与企业绩效的关系中，商业模式创新没有起到显著的中介作用。
