“互联网+”背景下中小学教师培训的实效性研究--以河南省为例

         

摘要

The training of primary and secondary school teachers is to promote the self-development of the teachers, improve their knowledge structures, widen their visions, and improve their education abilities and their experience accumulation. During the training process, all aspects and levels of the teachers can be well understood, and the contents of training courses are made scientifically so as to train themin accordance of their aptitude. There are various methods to promote the improvement of training effectiveness such as building the learning com-munity and various teaching resources, innovating the teachers' training methods, improving the knowledge struc-tures, migration abilities and fragment learning abilities of the teachers, and improving and standardizing the oper-ation, management and evaluation mechanism of the teachers' training.%中小学教师培训是为了促进教师自身的成长,完善教师的知识结构,拓宽教师的视野,提高教师的教育教学能力及经验积累。在培训过程中对参训教师的各方面及层次进行了解,科学制定培训课内容,因材施教。通过建立学习共同体和多样化的教学资源,创新教师培训方式方法,提高参训教师的知识建构、迁移能力和碎片化学习能力,完善规范教师培训运行、管理和评价机制等方法来更好地促进培训实效性的提升。
