社会和经济的发展对我国工程技术人才的工程实践能力和创新能力提出了许多新的要求.如何提高大学生的实践能力和创新能力是工科类高校在人才培养方面面临的主要问题.结合我国工程教育落后于工程实际需要的现状,本文分析了我国工科大学生工程实践能力培养中存在的若干问题,并从优化实践教学内容,改进实验教学方法,开设创新实践综合课程,加强校内外实习基地建设,提高教师的工程实践素养等方面提出了具体的解决措施.%With the development of society and economy, many new requirements for engineering practice ability and innovation ability of qualified engineers are put forward. Improving the practical ability and the innovation ability of college students is one of the major objects in the cultivation of qualified students in engineering colleges. Consid-ering current situation that engineering education in our country lags behind the actual needs of engineering field, this paper analyzes several problems in the cultivation of engineering practice ability of college students in our coun-try. Solutions are proposed in the aspects of optimizing the practical teaching content, improving the practical teaching methods, opening the integrated courses of innovative practice, enhancing the practice base construction on and off campus and raising the engineering practice attainment of teachers.
