基于独立学院土建类专业毕业生就业去向及应用型人才培养对策的研究

摘要

本文通过对我校近5年来土建类专业毕业生就业去向进行调研和系统分析,得出毕业生近5年就业去向总体趋势,从而以社会需求为导向,从适应社会需求的角度,提出了进一步调整专业结构,优化应用型人才培养方案,加强师资队伍的培养与转化,积极采取措施解决应用型人才培养的社会需求问题的基本思路,为独立学院土建类专业教学改革提供借鉴和参考.%According to the research and analysis of employment direction of civil engineering specialty graduates in recent five years, the overall trend of the employment direction is obtained. This article proposes further adjusting professional structure, optimizing applied talents cultivation programs, strengthening teacher training and actively solving the problem of social demandfor applied talents so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of civil engineering specialty in independent college.
