构建科学、可行的我军院校办学水平评价指标体系是建设世界一流军事院校不可或缺的基础.本文在借鉴国内外高校评价指标体系共性规律的基础上, 遵循政治建校、以战领教和一流标准的理念, 通过统计分析和理论演绎等方法构建"一体三维"的指标体系, 并提出应用指标体系的原则."一体"指的是一套指标体系, 包括"5+1"的一级指标框架, 下设15个二级指标、39个三级指标及百余个观测点."三维"是指三个维度, 具体包括政治、军事和高等教育, 对同一套指标体系按三个维度评价我军院校的办学水平.%To construct world class military academies, a scientific and feasible index system for measuring the standard of running Chinese military academies. Based on the shared features of index systems at home and abroad, and guided by the principles of politically correct route, war-oriented teaching and world class standard, this paper proposes the "one system three dimensions" index system and the principles of applying it through statistical analysis and theoretical deduction. "One system"refers to one index system, comprising "5 plus 1" level one indexes, 15 level two indexes and 39 level three indexes and more than one hundred of observation points."Three dimensions"refer to the political, military and higher education dimensions, which, together with the "one system", are used to evaluate the standard of running Chinese military academies.
