高校青年教师的生存状况与学术发展研究--基于重庆 P大学的个案调查与分析

摘要

Young teachers have become a new force in colleges and universities . By an investigation and analysis ,we found that there were many problems existing in the living conditions and the academic development of young teachers in universities . In order to solve the problems existing in young teachers’development , the government ,universities and young teachers themselves all need to change or reform actively .%高校青年教师已经成为高校的生力军。通过调查与分析，发现目前我国高校青年教师的生存状态和学术发展都存在着诸多问题。为改变青年教师成长中存在的问题，促进青年教师学术发展，加强高校青年教师队伍的建设，政府、高等学校和青年教师本人都需要积极进行改变或改革。
