高师院校教师教育质量评价体系的构建

摘要

The quality evaluation system of teachers’education is the basis and tool to evaluate the quality of teachers’educa-tion in colleges and universities.To construct a complete and effective evaluation system of teachers’education,we need to base on practices and make a discussion from the aspects of the basic principles of the evaluation system,the core indexes and their weight’s calculation method,and the basic requirements of the operation of the evaluation system.%教师教育质量评价体系是高师院校开展教师教育质量评价的依据和工具。构建一个完整有效的高师院校教师教育质量评价体系，需要从评价体系构建的基本原则、核心指标及权重测算方法以及评价体系运行的基本要求等几方面来着手。
