PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate internal quality of vegetables and fruits whose maximum barrel diameter section is displaced to a fruit apex side or a pedicel side relative to a center section of a vegetables and fruits reference direction connecting the fruit apex and the pedicel.SOLUTION: With an internal quality determination system, in a receiving seat section of a tray that is transported in a tray transportation direction by a transportation mechanism, in addition to a slit at least part of which is blocked by vegetables and fruits that are directly or indirectly disposed on the receiving seat section along the tray transportation direction and, a through hole portion is provided that is communicated by the slit at a position displaced to either direction of the tray transportation direction from a center section of the tray transportation direction and broader than the slit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
