The absorption of caramel,melanoidin,and alkaline glu cosedegradation product on the surface of calcium phosphate precipitates(CPP) i n sucrose solution with different concentration were experimentally studied.It s howed that the absorption property of the solid absorbent belonged to the Langmi u r type and the absorption magnitude of colorant on CPP absorption was relative w ith the sucrose concentration in solution to a certain degree.The mechanism on t he influence of sucrose concentration was analyzed in this paper and mathematica l descriptions of isothermal absorption for calcium phosphate solid phase in mul ti-component liquid phase were given by modern computer technology.%在不同含量的蔗糖溶液中进行磷酸钙固相对焦糖、类黑素及葡萄糖碱性降解物吸附规律的实验研究发现,该固相吸附剂对这类色素的吸附特性属于Langmiur型,而且其对色素的吸附量与蔗糖含量呈现一定相关性.本文对蔗糖含量的影响进行了机理探讨,并利用现代计算机技术对磷酸钙固相在多组分液相中的等温吸附规律进行了数学描述.
