With the development of modern sensor technology, electronic tongue system as an artificial tasternsimulation system attracts more and more attention of researchers, and becomes a new technique in recent years.rnThis paper described the basic principle and system construction of the electronic tongue system, and introdcedrndiffrent kinds of taste sensing arrays and data analysis methods.
