106例高校英语教师工作倦怠情况调查分析

     

摘要

Objective To find out work burnout level of college English teachers and its influencing factors.Method A total of 106 college English teachers were investigated by filling out Chinese Maslach burnout inventory(CMBI).Results After four weeks of consecutive treatment, insulin tolerance and glu-cose tolerance of the high-and middle level houttuynia cordate groups improved remarkably ( P<0 .05 ) and their TNF-αalpha level and interleukin level decreased tremendously , which has the same effect with the pioglitazone group and there is no significant difference compared with the normal comparison group . Conclusion College English teachers have slight to moderate work burnout .Colleges should pay more at-tention to the work burnout of college English teachers .%目的:了解高校英语教师工作倦怠水平的现状,为高校英语教师的工作倦怠干预提供依据。方法采用中式工作倦怠量表( CMBI )对106名高校英语教师进行测试。结果高校英语教师轻度工作倦怠的检出率为30.2%,中度工作倦怠的检出率为24.5%,高度工作倦怠的检出率为1.9%;有子女者的人格解体显著低于无子女者;21~30岁组的人格解体显著高于31~40岁组( P<0.05);本科学历教师的情感耗竭和成就感降低明显高于硕士学历教师( P<0.05)。结论高校英语教师的倦怠水平处于中轻度范围,应当予以重视。
