EAP在高职教师压力管理中的应用分析

高职教师随着社会的发展，承受着来自多方面的压力。构建高职EAP模式，通过压力评估、教育培训、心理咨询等管理策略帮助高职教师摆脱压力困扰，有效进行高职教师的压力管理，帮助他们更好地完成时代赋予的重任。%With the development of society, vocational college teachers have got the pressure from various aspacts. To build higher vocational EAP pattern, and help higher vocational teachers get rid of pressure through the pressure evaluation, education training, psychological consultation and other management strategy, the pressure of the high- er vocational teachers will get effective management, and help them accomplish the task endowed by times.
