党的十八届四中全会首次以依法治国作为主题 ,把法治中国提高到一个前所未有的高度.公民意识具有法治价值 ,是法治国家制度的思想基础和心理基础 ,培养公民意识是建设社会主义法治国家的必要条件.教育作为公民意识培养的重要手段 ,对公民意识的培养具有重要的意义.文章针对我国公民意识培养的现状 ,分别从家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育三个方面通过对具体教育要素的分析 ,提出系统完善的公民意识培养方法 ,以期为我国公民意识的培养提供可供操作的方式、方法.%The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee takes the rule of law as the theme for the first time ,and promotes the rule of law in China to an unprecedented height .Cit-izen consciousness is important for the rule of law ,and is the ideological foundation and psychological foundation of the system of national rule of law ,and the cultivation of citizen consciousness is a neces-sary condition for building a socialist country ruled by law .As an important means of the cultivation of citizen consciousness ,education is of great significance for cultivating citizen consciousness .In this paper ,in view of the present situation of the cultivation of citizen consciousness in our country , through the analysis of specific elements of education from the three aspects of family education , school education and social education respectively , the systematic citizen consciousness cultivation method is put forward in order to provide the feasible method for the cultivation of citizen conscious-ness in China .
