我国研究生教育学的建构逻辑及其呈现——基于研究生主体的视角

     

摘要

研究生教育是我国高等教育的最高层次,构建相对独立、完整、有机的研究生教育学学科体系是发展研究生教育的内在要求.研究生教育学的研究对象是研究生的创新性学习、探索性创造以及自主性发展,把研究生作为主体来探讨研究生教育学的学科建构问题,有助于凸显该学科的人本特征与价值属性.为此,应当坚持研究生的主体地位,通过锚定目标与破解问题并重、统筹需求与优化供给并抓、本土探索与异域借鉴并行,着力建构主体地位突出、诸要素相互联动与耦合的研究生教育学科体系.%Postgraduate education is the highest level of education in China,and it is the internal requirements that demand the construction of a relatively independent,integrated and organic pedagogy system for the development of postgraduate education. The research objects of the postgraduate pedagogy are innovative learning improvement, exploratory creation and self-development of postgraduates.The study on discipline construction of the postgraduate pedagogy focusing on postgraduates is beneficial to the display of the human-oriented characteristics and the attributes of the values of this discipline.Therefore,we should deem postgraduates as the dominant part,focus equally on objective targeting and problem solving,deal with both the issues of overall demand and optimized supply,work on both local exploration and foreign experience and dynamically create a postgraduate education discipline system that features outstanding dominant part with all the factors being mutually linked and coupled.
