注重人文关怀和心理疏导，增强高校大学生思想政治工作实效性

摘要

Aiming at the problems in ideological and political education of college students,the paper suggests establishing a harmonious campus cultural system through creating a cultural environment;carry-ing on the education in the campus environment;guiding students to develop healthily through strengthe-ning the media publicity;building a good platform for students’growth through enhancing the network en-vironment;strengthening the ideological and political work team construction to realize“three full-way edu-cation”to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political work.%针对大学生思想政治教育工作中存在的问题，提出通过营造人文环境，构建和谐校园文化体系；加强校园环境建设，融教育于环境之中；加强媒体宣传建设，引导学生健康发展；加强网络环境建设，搭建良好成长平台；加强思想政治工作队伍建设，实现“三全育人”等建议，以提高思想政治工作的实效性。
