The group events are caused by the contradictions among the people , part of the masses are involved in . It is a collective activity in which people adopt illegal means to express their concerns for their own interests .The reasons for the group events has three aspects:the first is that the interest differentiation is increasingly complex and shows conflicts feature;second is insufficient interest expression and difficult coordination;third is that the mecha-nism of interests safeguard has been established but the effect is not obvious .To solve group events , we should have multi-channel interests expression mechanism to reflect the groups demands , establish a reasonable distribution and protection mechanism of benefits , perfect the integration mechanism of vertical coordination and four in one compre-hensive benefit adjustment .% 群体性事件是由人民内部矛盾引发，部分群众参与，因自身利益受到损害而采取非法方式表达利益诉求的一种集体性活动。群体性事件之所以发生，原因有三：一是利益分化日益复杂且呈现冲突性的特征；二是利益表达不够充分且协调困难；三是利益维护机制虽已建立但效果不明显。解决好群体性事件，需要从多个方面入手，需要健全多渠道的利益表达机制；建立体现公平正义的利益分配与维护机制；完善纵横协调、四位一体的综合利益调整与整合机制。
