Bagging is a popular technique in pear production.The microenvironments changes after bagging the fruit,then the fruit quality especially the appearance quality is influenced.The effects of bagging on fruit coloring,structure,smoothness,fruit size and other appearance quality are reviewed.The mechanism is analyzed and discussed to provide reference for pear production.%套袋是目前梨生产上常用的技术。由于套袋后果实所处微域环境的改变,而对果实品质尤其是外观品质产生了影响。综述了套袋对梨果实着色、梨果皮结构和光洁度、果实大小等外在品质的影响,并对其影响机理进行了分析和讨论,旨为梨果优质生产提供借鉴。
