Apollo and Dionysus are two important categories. They are both the core concepts expressing the origin and nature of tragedy. Nietzsche, based on Socrates and Schopenhauerian’ s tragic theory,broke the fantasy with Appolo as the center and got rid of the constraint of individuality. His theory is his understanding of tragedy which is a perfect combination of pain and happiness.%日神和酒神是尼采悲剧理论中的两个重要范畴，同样是阐释悲剧的起源和本质的核心概念。尼采在苏格拉底和叔本华的悲剧思想之上打破了以往以日神为中心的关于美好梦境的幻想，摆脱了个体化的束缚，在其崩溃之时达到人类内心痛苦与狂喜的完美结合，从而领悟悲剧带来的审美思考和生命意义。
